Building the Foundation for an AI-First Future: Upgraded Infrastructure for Greater Resilience & Innovation¶

At IntelliBoard, we don't just respond to today's challenges - we prepare for tomorrow's opportunities. As we accelerate toward becoming the undisputed leader in AI-powered learning analytics, we're modernizing our infrastructure to ensure unmatched reliability, compliance, and performance.
In the coming weeks, we're rolling out critical enhancements designed to harden our platform against disruptions while enabling the scalability and intelligence required for next-generation AI features.
What's Changing¶
1. Additional Sub-Processor¶
To support our expanding global operations and future AI workloads, we've engaged an additional sub-processor. This partner meets our strict security, privacy, and compliance standards and will be fully disclosed in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)¶
Our entire infrastructure is now managed via IaC, enabling faster, repeatable, and more secure deployments across all environments - reducing human error and strengthening auditability.
3. Enhanced Disaster Recovery (DR)¶
In light of recent large-scale cloud outages (including AWS regional disruptions), we've significantly upgraded our DR protocols with automated failover, reduced recovery time objectives (RTO), and real-time data replication.
4. Cloud-Agnostic Architecture with OCI Failover¶
We're proud to announce a new failover environment hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). OCI meets the same rigorous compliance, security, and data protection standards as AWS - including GDPR alignment. This multi-cloud strategy ensures seamless continuity across providers and regions, without compromising on data sovereignty.
